Frank A. Tinker, Ph.D.
Dr. Tinker is the originator of much of the technology controlled by FSNC. His educational background includes a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics, a Masters of Science degree in Physics, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics. He is also the owner/manager of the research firm Da Vinci Research, LLC.

James F. Wise, Jr., P.E.
As a highly experienced manufacturing engineer, Mr. Wise provides expertise in the design and implementation of mechanical components for FSNC devices employing the fundamental concepts established by theory. His long experience as a Hughes Missile Systems program manager helps to maintain focus and quality in FSNC projects.

John P. Slusser, Sr.
Mr. Slusser serves as the resident electronics engineering expert for FSNC. His skill in the design and troubleshooting of power, communication, and measurement circuits proves invaluable in the development of the advanced projects underway at FSNC. Mr. Slusser has enjoyed a long and varied career in the aerospace field.

Antonio R. Durando
Mr. Durando has a extensive and respected career as a patent attorney. His work in patenting Dr. Tinker's discoveries convinced him to suspend his policy of avoiding business relationships with inventors. This reconsideration was to the vast benefit of FSNC as Mr. Durando provides invaluable insight into the legal aspects of the protection and commercialization of new technologies.
